Sessions run daily, excluding Tuesdays.

Maximum 4 participants per session.

Requirements:

Participants must be aged 14+ years.

Those aged 14-18 years of age require a parent/guardian to co-sign their waiver, witnessed by an AQWA staff member on the day.

Participants must be in good general health (see exclusions below).

Participants must be capable of swimming, traversing stairs and managing their snorkel equipment (wetsuit, mask, snorkel, fins) independently. In particular, participants must be confident to swim with snorkel equipment for 30+ minutes. There will be no ‘instruction’ on how to use snorkel equipment.

This is a guided snorkel and participants must follow the directions of the Divemaster at all times.

It is the responsibility of the participant to bring along their towel, bathers and small waterproof camera (if desired). All other equipment is provided, however you can use your own equipment if preferred.

Exclusions:

Participants must not suffer from epilepsy, asthma or heart conditions.

Not available for those under 14 years.

No swimwear/bathers or towels are provided.

No duck-diving is permitted in this experience.

Bookings do not include ‘priority entry’ to AQWA, so arrive with plenty of time before your booked experience starts.

Spectator limits per session may apply.

Experience eGift Vouchers & Gift Certificates:

eGift Vouchers or physical Gift Certificates for this Experience are strictly non-refundable for cash.

However, they can be transferred to another product or to a Gift Card equal to the same value of the original Experience purchase and will be valid for 3 years from the date of the original Experience purchase.

If you are unable or do not want to partake in the received Experience, please do not make a booking. Contact AQWA immediately and we will initiate a transfer, as outlined above.

Once a booking is made from a Gift Voucher/Certificate, it is bound by the below booking terms:

Once a booking is made, it is non-refundable.

Bookings can be cancelled/rescheduled up to 7 days before the booked experience without penalty, by contacting AQWA.

Bookings cancelled/rescheduled within 7 days and up to 24 hours before the booked experience will be at AQWA’s discretion and may receive a re-booking fee (penalty).

Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked experience, missed sessions or “no-shows” on the day will NOT be refunded or rescheduled. In the instance of serious illness or injury, a medical certificate will be required.
